WHAT IS THE NETFLIX RELEASE DATE FOR SEASON 3 OF BRIDGERTON?
The second season is scheduled to premiere on March 25, 2022. Bridgerton Season 3 and even Bridgerton Season 4 are in the works. While only four seasons have been greenlit thus far, Rhimes hopes to expand the series to eight. There is still no word on the next edition’s production. As a result, we believe the release date for Bridgerton Season 3 should be set for early 2023 on Netflix.
WHAT’S NEXT FOR US?
Season 2 concludes with Anthony Bridgerton’s marriage to Kate Sharma, with both families’ blessings. Additionally, the Queen intervenes and assists both families in regaining their social standing following the disastrous marriage of Anthony and Kate’s younger sister, Edwina.
Meanwhile, Eloise discovers that her closest friend, Penelope, is Lady Whistledown, and the two decide to call it quits. This, however, prompts the latter to resume writing her scathing but immensely popular chronicles of London high society.
Bridgerton season 3 will almost certainly follow the plot of Julia Quinn’s “An Offer From a Gentleman,” with Benedict Bridgerton falling in love with the unlikely Sophie Beckett, the Earl of Penwood’s illegitimate daughter. Sophie finds herself at the mercy of her stepmother following the Earl’s demise, only to be rescued by the Bridgertons’ second eldest brother. The upcoming season, like the first two, will be an entertaining celebration of scandalous romances.
