At the end of the first episode, Kou’s relief instantly turns to disappointment when he realizes his uninteresting life hasn’t changed and that he still has to go through his daily routine the next morning.
That’s why he asks Nazuna to transform him into a vampire because nothing excites him more than exploring the nightlife with her.
Unfortunately, Kou discovers that his new friend is unable to assist him in resolving his dilemma. According to Nazuna, a person can only become a vampire after falling in love with the vampire who drinks their blood.
Kou is unaffected even after having his blood sucked by Nazuna because he barely knows her. To Nazuna’s surprise, Kou says he’s willing to fall in love with her if it means living the life he wants.
His new friend is understandably embarrassed, and she declares that she doesn’t mind if he falls in love with her as long as she can drink his blood.
