One is a top-of-the-line smartphone, and you might have guessed which one. The Voyage 20 Pro is a mid-range phone with 5G compatibility. As we announced in our previous article, the Aerospace Edition of the Axon 30 Ultra has a memory configuration of 18 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Its RAM of up to 20 GB thanks to the virtual RAM expansion feature up to 4 GB. This is a clear evolution compared to the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra which was announced with up to 16 GB of RAM.ZTE hosted a space-themed event in China today. It was an opportunity to discover the limited edition Axon 30 Ultra Aerospace Edition that we had talked about recently, as well as another smartphone with the name that arouses the envy of tourism – the ZTE Voyage 20 Pro.
Having already presented the Axon 30 Ultra Aerospace Edition, we will focus here on the technical sheet of the Voyage 20 pro as well as its price and availability.
ZTE Voyage 20 Pro 5G Specifications
The Voyage 20 Pro meanwhile is a smartphone that comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 720 MT6853 SoC supported by a single memory configuration of 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The terminal runs Android 11 with a corporate software overlay, ZTE’s MyOS11 ensures user-friendliness in handling the device.
The Voyage 20 Pro 5G mobile sports an AMOLED screen size of 6.67 inches. This screen boasts a 90Hz refresh rate and 1080 x 2400px resolution. The handset panel has a perforation that houses a 16 MP selfie camera.
Speaking of optics, the Voyage 20 Pro has a triple rear camera setup, the main camera is 64 MP, and this is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide snapper and a 5MP macro lens.
To ensure good battery life for the Voyage 20 Pro 5G, ZTE has opted for a 5,100 mAh battery with 66 W fast charge compatibility.
Availability and pricing of ZTE Voyage 20 Pro and Axon 30 Ultra aerospace edition
With the first sales in China scheduled to begin by December 4, it will be possible to have the Voyage 20 in the colors Cyan Ink and Dawn. And for that, it will cost around 2,198 CNY (307 Euro) for its configuration of 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB storage alone.
As for the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra Aerospace Edition, the retail price has been set at CNY 6,998 (977.37 Euro). You will be able to start placing your orders in China from November 26, 2021.
In the end, for its affordable price for a mid-range smartphone, the ZTE Voyage 20 Pro 5G looks quite interesting and promising.
