EXPLANATION OF THE END OF LUDIK’S FIRST SEASON
Daan makes Farhad realize that their relationship has changed at the end of Season 1 of Ludik by killing his right-hand man. Daan doesn’t want to get tangled up in Farhad’s diamond smuggling business because he wants to make a fortune with gun smuggling. Farhad may even be aware that if the guns do not reach Albert in time, the latter will almost certainly murder Daan.
One cannot rule out the possibility of an unknown gang, possibly the Nkala family’s adversaries. We now know, thanks to Arend, that Albert increased the number of enemies in his family following his father’s death.
By ambushing and seizing the cargo, one of them can obstruct Albert and his weapons. Read this to learn everything there is to know about the release of Season 2.
Whoever it is, they may not be kind to Bells and Charles. They most likely killed Bells, based on the off-screen shot. If Daan and Albert are new players involved in gun trafficking, they can either release or kill Charles to send a message.

Daan appears to be safe because Agent Moyo cannot reveal the provenance of the diamonds discovered in Arend’s house because he worked for the deceased. Davies may not be able to stop Daan right away due to the lack of physical evidence against him.
For her part, at the end of Season 1 of Ludik, Anet may decide to remain Daan’s wife to maintain their family structure and ensure that Danie is not affected by their possible divorce.
If that’s the case, she can keep seeing Dr. Swanepoel without Daan knowing. Even if Daan discovers his wife’s relationship with the psychiatrist, he may wish to protect his reputation by keeping it hidden, as he does with his brother Hein’s relationship with DJ Jakes.
