When will Linda Hunt reprise her role as Hetty on NCIS: Los Angeles season 13? This is a question that has been asked numerous times.
Finally, we already know that we want to see more of Hetty on the show — everyone does! She also appears to be very important to the current storyline with Callen. Remember that Chris O’Donnell’s character is determined to learn more about his past, and she is one of the few people who can help him. Unfortunately, she is not present, and there is no telling when she will return.
Is it possible that it will happen this season? Sure. However, that is not guaranteed because CBS has not made any announcements. Bringing her back in May, on the other hand, is a good way to hype up the show — we’ll say that first and foremost. Hetty is astute and cunning, and the truth is that she may refuse to provide answers to Callen even if he requests them.
Do we hope that everything is explained before the end of the series, whenever that may be? We do. It’s important to remember that Callen has struggled with his sense of self for a long time. He’s still a fantastic agent, but he yearns for something more. We want him to find peace and recognize that he is capable of being more than just a victim of the world’s violence and chaos. This is where he’s lived for the majority of his adult life, but it doesn’t have to define him. Let’s just cross our fingers and hope for Hetty’s return, and then some closure. (At the very least, we know a season 14 is on the way.)
