Get Everything You Need to Know About Only Murders in the Building season 2 episode 3!
We had a feeling that Only Murders in the Building season 2 episode 4 might add to the mystery surrounding Bunny Folger. It turns out that it may have added several!
First and foremost, let’s be clear: Bunny is not the same icy-cold curmudgeon we saw for much of last season. She had a deep affection for the Arconia. She put her heart and soul into it and wanted to ensure that it was preserved for all time.
Bunny, it turned out, was so attached to the job that she refused to leave, and even tried to postpone her retirement at her farewell party. Nina, her replacement, was having none of it.
She declared that she intended to modernize and make the building more efficient in her unique way. She didn’t share Bunny’s philosophy, but she seemed eager to get rid of her.
Was Nina so desperate to get the job that she was willing to kill for it? That is the question posed after this episode. Charles, Mabel, as well as Oliver all, suspect her, and she feels almost TOO obvious as a result.

Other hints
Bunny received a call about the painting, something that she refused to take. Isn’t there a decent chance that this is Alice? She is capable of recreating the painting to place in Charles’ apartment.
Meanwhile, at the end of the episode, we saw someone exit the elevator wearing dark boots as well as blue jeans. We don’t know who it was, but it appeared to be a man.
The person who killed her in the final seconds might be wearing glasses — something protruded from their face!
Aside from the mystery, what a fantastic episode — and a fantastic portrait of Bunny to go with it.
