| Still no crossplay on Outriders Stadia. |
An update to the Stadia version of Outriders brings the game up to par with other platforms but with crossplay still disabled.
The Outriders game, which had the right to a small test from our editorial staff, is still struggling to convince players despite its good intentions. However, the version of the video game that is the most popular is the version of Google Stadia. Indeed, despite a recent update from Outriders to Google‘s cloud gaming service, gamers expected better.
UPDATED, OUTRIDERS IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE IN CROSSPLAY
As a reminder, the Outriders video game developed by People Can Fly and published by Square Enix was released on April 1, 2021, on Google Stadia, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, and on PC. This MMORPG was particularly popular on Sony and Xbox platforms, not to mention the PC version. However, the Google Stadia variant couldn’t quite be as effective.
Indeed, since its release last April, the version designed for Google Stadia had never been updated. People Can Fly recently fixed all of this by giving players in the cloud gaming service a big update. The latter corrects many bugs, provides gameplay changes but also a slight improvement in graphics. However, this is not enough for the male and female players. One of the main novelties expected is not available, and will not be yet.
Outriders has been updated on Stadia today.
This update brings Stadia in line with all other platforms.

Gamers who relied on the new Outriders update to be able to play with console and PC players will also have to wait. Game developer People Can Fly spoke through a tweet stating that the Stadia version has received an update to be on par with other platforms. This same tweet highlights the fact that crossplay is not yet available and will only be available in the update scheduled for November.
It will therefore be necessary to arm themselves in cold blood so that people with Outriders on Google Stadia can compete against consoles and PC players. The game has great potential, especially since it is not without reservations. The latter comes with incredible gameplay and great graphics, but will that give players some patience?
