Another day, a new restart. Isn’t that how it always appears in modern pop culture? NBC’s Quantum Leap is the latest in a long line of reboots and remakes, picking up an iconic series that aired for five seasons on the same channel between 1989 as well as 1993.
Scot Bakula played the main character, and the series has since become a classic, among other things.
Now could be the ideal time to reintroduce an old idea to a new audience thirty years later. Everything you need to know about serial outputs is right here.
Raymond Lee returns as physicist Ben Song, who leads a team tasked with reviving the time travel project and unraveling some of its mysteries.
When Song unexpectedly jumps into the mid-80s, shenanigans ensue. Now we’ll tell you everything you need to know about the release of Quantum Leap’s Episode 2!

WHAT IS THE RELEASE DATE FOR QUANTUM LEAP EPISODE 2?
The wait is no longer excruciating! The date for the release of Quantum Leap Episode 2 has been set for September 26.
Episode 2 of Quantum Leap will be released at 10 p.m. in the United States, Monday to Tuesday night in France, and Tuesday during the day on independent streaming sites.
AT THE END OF THIS WEEK, WHAT HAPPENED?
In the final scene, Ben is aboard the space shuttle Atlantis, which is about to set off on its journey. In reality, Atlantis set sail for the first time on October 3, 1985.
Because this date is so close to Ben’s previous time jump, it stands to reason that he jumped a few months into the future. The coding error may have prevented him from reaching his own timeline and severely limited his jumps.
However, Atlantis flew thirty-three missions before being retired in 2011, so Ben’s jump could last at least a few more years, but it’s more likely that he’ll stay around 1985., assuming he knew where he was going when he traveled from 2022.
