Get Everything you need to know about Queens season 2!
Although the following information may not come as a surprise, it may be disappointing for many: ABC will not air the second season of Queens.
The news was released late on a Friday in May, which is typically when networks announce cancellations so that they are quickly forgotten over the weekend.
This was one of the year’s worst-performing network television programs, alongside those on The CW and Promised Land, which has already been moved to Hulu. Despite having a strong lead-in in The Bachelorette in the fall, it simply failed to gain traction.
At least Queens concluded on a reasonably upbeat note, with numerous characters delivering an epic performance on stage.
There are questions regarding who was under the fourth spotlight, but we will never know the answer. As far as cliffhangers go, there are bigger ones on the upcoming television schedule. Prepare to have your heart torn out of your chest.

Is it possible for Hulu or another service to acquire this show? Although anything is theoretically possible, we do not anticipate it occurring.
Previously, streaming services have picked up canceled shows, but typically only those with larger fan bases and sometimes longer runs. Queens had a standard, brief run for a one-season television series.
Will there be additional cancellations today?
Possibly, so stay tuned for additional information! If not today, we could see them trickle in over the next week as networks prepare to announce their fall schedules shortly.
Niecy Nash’s spin-off of The Rookie is expected to be one of the first-year shows picked up by ABC, along with several other series.
