Get Everything you need to know about Stargirl season 3!
We got a Stargirl season 3 teaser during tonight’s The Flash season 8 finale, but no new premiere date.
What we did see, however, was a preview of what promises to be a fantastic season, complete with a little more Joel McHale.
For those who don’t already know, the former Community star will be around full-time as Starman for at least this season — which, of course, will bring some new challenges as well as drama to Hope Valley.
Meanwhile, Courtney and Cindy need to be reconciled — can the latter ever be forgiven for some of her actions in the past?
As exciting as it is to see a few of these characters again, this teaser was not intended to reveal anything major. Despite a big tease for Mister Bones at the end of season 2, he’s not the main focus here.
It remains to be seen how this show evolves and shifts throughout the fall. We anticipate that it will return in October, though nothing is 100% confirmed at this time.
We expect seeing some longer footage for what’s coming later this summer — The CW isn’t known for leaving things until the last minute.
Will there be crossovers between this and other Arrowverse shows?
It’s becoming increasingly unlikely, but at least this show recognized early on that this isn’t the same Earth we’ve seen elsewhere.
(We say this with a nod to Superman and Lois and the incredibly surprising reveal in the season 2 finale.)
