On April 15, The Blacklist season 9 episode 16 will air on NBC, and it’s already shaping up to be one of the season’s most important. After all, the Cooper and Reddington stories might be connected in some way!
Is it possible, in addition, that Cooper will be arrested? What about Donald Ressler, for example? Given that Harold has the whole blackmail storyline and Ressler cheated on his drug test, you could make a case for either of them. It’s not difficult to imagine Park assaulting someone and being arrested as a result of it.

Red pursues a lead that could shed light on both Liz’s death and Cooper’s blackmailing on 04/15/2022 (08:00 PM – 09:00 PM) (Friday). When one of their own is arrested, the Task Force is thrown into disarray.
Whatever happens here could be a story that lasts until the end of the season — two major plotlines have been pushed for several weeks, and while we’d like answers soon, it’s clear that the writers are building towards something big. All we can hope for now is that the payoff will be satisfactory and/or worth the wait.
Also, let’s hope that when someone is arrested, there is a serious repercussion. Even if it breaks our hearts, this isn’t something that should be completely undone right away!
